and service. In the event that the ordered merchandise does not meet your
expectations, you may request an adjustment within 7 days of receipt of your
merchandise. Please review the return policy and procedures below for full

Return Procedures
A customer who wishes to return an item will receive a refund as long as the
procedures below are followed. We request that you contact customer service at
customerservice@seredajewelers.com within 7 days of receipt of your order to
receive a replacement or refund. Returned orders must be shipped back to us
within 20 days of receipt of order. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the
date order was mailed to you. If you are purchasing a gift ahead of time and
need more time, send email advising us of the situation. All returned
merchandise must be returned in the condition received and the inventory tag
must remain attached. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE INVENTORY TAG
HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR REMOVED. If you are returning an item, please
return the item in the original box and pack it carefully so that it does not
become damaged on the return. All returned items should be insured with
delivery confirmation receipts. If you choose to not insure your package and the
product does not reach us, then you will be responsible for any loss and we will
not be able to process your request and will not be liable for any losses. All
returns should be addressed to Sereda Jewelers 128 South 7th Street
Philadelphia,Pa 19106 There is a $10.00 restocking charge for items returned
after 20 days. The restocking fee may be charged at our discretion to other
returns. Shipping charges, Pay Pal fees and Credit Card fees are not refunded.
No items are accepted for refund after 30 days.
